NSPCC Number Day 2024

On Friday 2nd February we took part in NSPCC number day. Everyone was invited to wear clothes with numbers on them into school for the day. In assembly we played guess my number having to ask yes or no questions to work out a mystery number between 1 and 100.

We were then put into groups with a mix of pupils and staff from across the school, working together. We moved around visiting teachers in different classrooms and taking part in various games, including a treasure hunt and battleships (to help us think about coordinates), card games which used addition, subtraction and multiplication skills, dice games including rounding, and active games in the rec with adding scores.
