Values, Culture and Ethos
At the core of the Marchant-Holliday School are our values, culture, and ethos. These principles shape the work that we do and are at the heart of teaching and learning. Our guiding values are a belief that every child can flourish and our respect for the views and contributions of others and the world around us. Our culture is one of community, which endeavours to empower everyone to reach their full potential, and we are kind, tolerant and respectful. Our ethos to meeting pupils’ needs is at the centre of what we do. It is embedded in every aspect of our work and shapes who we are.
