Platinum Jubilee Celebrations 27 May 2022

To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, we had a day of celebration and friendship. For the first time in two years, the pupils were able to get together in mixed class groupings and enjoyed getting to know each other. The day began with an interactive assembly. We had visiting members of the Royal Family –the staff looked funny in their masks-, took part in a true and false quiz and made a human timeline of the Queen’s life.

Activities were held throughout the day and included printing royal themed t-shirts, making coins with our own profiles on and royal orienteering. At lunch time, we all enjoyed a tea party in the courtyard garden. The decorations looked spectacular
