Arts Week 13th/16th June 2023

Pupils enjoyed a range of African themed activities this week. Each day, pupils had the chance to try out some new crafts including masks, drums, stop frame animations based on traditional African tales and a collaborative class animal sculpture. In D&T lessons pupils cooked some traditional African dishes and in Music lessons they joined in with some African drumming. On Wednesday we all showed off our dance moves with a workshop and the week was rounded off by Dress to Express day where both pupils and staff wore something that represented who they are.
